As you know, our CSF Miami Team tries to provide as many Value-Added services that it can to ensure that we are able to effectively manage your package(s) according to your needs. One such service is to Return a Package on your behalf, and at your request, back to the original sender instead of bringing it to Trinidad. You can utilize the above return service for any items arriving at the Miami warehouse requiring a return, which includes restricted items, damaged items, or items no longer needed or wanted. You can always check out our website for the list of restricted items.
Effective August 1st, 2020 the following will be the fees for this service:
- Return of an Item Flagged as Restricted/Prohibited or an Ordinary Return: Flat Fee of USD $25.00. This fee will be applied in the following scenarios:
- Where CSF returns the package(s) with a prepaid label provided.
- Where you have someone Pick Up the package(s) at the Miami Warehouse.
- Where CSF drops-off the package(s) using the QR codes you provide for UPS and/or Kohl’s.
- Return a Package requiring a shipping label: USD $25.00 per package plus the cost of shipping. Please note the shipping cost varies on the weight, dimension, and destination).
- Return of Damaged Items: Flat Fee of USD $10.00 per package.
